Happy Birthday Jesus!
Every year at Christmas, our family bakes a birthday cake for Jesus. It seems as though chocolate cake is always our favorite pick for the baby Jesus. Thankfully, there are 3 eggs to crack...one for each child, lest a sibling fight should break asunder on Christmas morn : )

I think the crunchy just makes it more 'homemade'! Right?!?!?
We didn't make a cake, but we sing Happy Birthday to Baby Jesus at dinner...
