This was the 1st year we actually placed Christmas lights up around the trim of our house...
And this was the 1st year we've left our Christmas decorations up until the beginning of spring. We knew that the "deadline" had passed when we noticed some funny looks from our neighbors : )
But way to make the most out of our Christmas!

Were you still plugging them in at night? If not, then you have a free pass. Hey, at least you took the tree down, right? We drove by a house a week ago that not only still had their tree up in the window, but had it plugged in!!...On the plus side, Brian had some gorgeous weather.
We went to my Mom's a couple weekends ago. They still had their decorations up - they said it has been too cold to take them down. I told Keegan they were Birthday lights! He liked that idea!
So just tell the neighbor's they were Noelle's birthday lights!! ;-)
