I am really thankful for this book called, "My Changes" by Mark Oestreicher and Scott Rubin. It has been a wonderful tool to address various adolescent topics and questions that arise before or during the middle school years. Above all, this book has provided an opportunity for me to have purposeful quality time with Noelle & Hope during our bedtime reading. Because of this, the girls have opened up their hearts to me. They have asked a lot of personal questions about themselves, their friends and other life experiences they have encountered thus far. And because of the intimate things we've shared, we have all made a pact to speak about these things only within the confines of my room :)
